Alpha has the soul of an artist and the pragmatism of an engineer. This combination is what enables us to deliver premier web-based solutions that rely on superior user interface and graphic design, information architecture, copywriting, and software engineering.
Alpha is also a full-service digital communications company, which means that our work isn’t over when the website launches. We believe that effective digital communication requires an ongoing conversation with the customer, and we work hard to collaborate with each client in order to do that effectively.
Brothers Mike and Joseph Lepis founded Alpha Multimedia Solutions, Inc. in 2004. Each has a passion for technology and communications, which can be seen in their combined 30 years of experience in marketing, software development, and project management for such varied organizations as Nike, Sony, the U.S. Department of Defense, RedDotNet and Accenture.
Mike Lepis, executive producer and co-founder, launched Alpha in 2004 after identifying the need of a web development company that focuses equally on the aesthetic of form and the utility of function. Michael leads Alpha’s business development and design strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from The University of Georgia, and has done additional study at the Pacific Northwest College of Art and the Northwest Film Center.
Joseph Lepis, chief architect and co-founder leads Alpha’s technology and operations strategy. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in advertising from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from San Diego State University. Please check out his blog here.
Travis Widner, Web Developer/Graphic Designer. Travis brings a unique creative perspective to web design and development after years of traveling the globe and working on independent projects such as websites and packaging for independent artists. He is also the owner of a 125lb dog named Hogan and enjoys snowboarding, physics and philosophy.
Julie Halford, Accounting Manager and Assistant Project Manager. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Marylhurst University. Julie worked with Household Bank Credit Card division for 5 years as a Senior Project Coordinator and most recently was co-owner of American Elite Gymnastics as the Bookkeeper and Office Manager. Julie’s greatest accomplishment is being a proud mother of two boys, Niklas and Alex.
