For those of you who have not been with in earshot of me within the last 10 days, Let The Right One In is a great flick, not just a great vampire flick. I’ll come right out with it—the two main characters in this vampire movie are pre-pubescent 12 year olds. Yeah, I know what your are thinking, ‘It’s like Interview with a Vampire without that dude married to Angelina Joile and that Scientology dude. Yeah, you are wrong. I’m not one for doing such things but I just bought the book because the narrative of the movie was so good.

Check ‘em out, NY Times, Meta Critic.com, Ebert, they are all digging this film. 1980’s suburban Stockholm? In winter? Lot’s of tight jeans and turtlenecks. And did you see 30 Days of Night? Vampires and snow are the new peanut butter and chocolate.
