Pear Panache is the project of a nonprofit trade association representing more than 1,600 pear growers in Oregon and Washington. They are responsible for growing 84% of the fresh pear crop in the U.S. Their business thrives on the nutrient-rich volcanic soil and ample rainfall in the area, perfect for pear cultivation. Harvest PR brought us in on this perennial campaign, which focuses on spreading awareness of the many culinary possibilities available to the pear, bringing in guest chefs and posting unique recipes and tips.
Pear Panache sends out an email campaign each month to promote their ‘Chef of the Month’. Because Alpha campaigns provide clear statistics of who opened emails and what links they clicked on, we were able to provide invaluable information about what how to better market their content.
