For the launch of our new blog we hired a photographer to come in the studio and take staff photos. After working with pixels so much it’s nice to see a little silver halide crystal in action from time to time.

Trask Bedortha came by our office at the Gotham Building with a whole slew of vintage lenses and cameras. Check out his Flickr and Polaroid project.

Take a look at some of the great shots below and don’t forget when you use the ‘ol ‘burn’ and ‘dodge’ tools in Photoshop those terms actually come from real darkroom techniques.

    I love silver halide crystal! And I love these shots. Nice going all on the new stuff, guys. It's nice to see that you treat yourself as well as you treat your clients.

    MikeThanks Julia— Trask is a great photographer and we were really happy with the end results. We are going to update the blog with more pics from the shoot. We'll let you know when they are up. And I like to think we treat our clients a little better than ourselves. Cheers! Mike
